ACIDIFICATION PROCESS SIMULATION

Simulation of formation-acid reaction
Focus on accurate prediction of acid stimulation treatment:

1. Distribution of acid along the well;
2. Volume (or radius) of reservoir treated;
3. Acid distribution simulation using mechanical or chemical diversion.

Complete interaction with the 3D-1D coupling

1. Simulation of reservoir sections treated by acid injection;
2. Calculation of the flow rate distribution for each section using the 3D-1D coupling;
3. Updating permeability field on-the-fly: Will reflect on the flow rate distribution!
